With over 25,000 attendees over both the trade and retail days, the staycation and holiday park market in the UK is thriving from a consumer perspective, with positive attendance highlighting that this trend is here to stay.

Using up to 50% less water than conventional mixer showers, Kelda’s Air-Powered technology can help the industry reduce water consumption, energy usage and carbon emissions.

Our patented Air-Powered™ showers use the principles of fuel injection technology. Each shower features an intelligent microprocessor and powerful digital fan which controls the delivery of water and air to the showerhead.

Within the showerhead, water is injected into a high-velocity air stream where it is broken up into 100s of droplets that are 2.5X the size of a standard shower. Larger droplets yield larger momenta providing the sensation of more spray force.

In a market focused on cost-effective homes, Kelda Showers stands out as the leader in sustainable shower technology.

Kelda’s Air-Powered and BubbleSpa technologies have been installed in advanced eco-lodges by leading manufacturers, including Victory’s Evolution range, ABI’s Langdale model, Willerby’s Brookwood, Swift’s Ardennes model and Sunseeker’s Thornton model.

Our showers are also being trialled with Bentley Rowe at Darwin Park.

Conversations with key industry players suggest that the future looks promising for sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, as the industry looks to improve its sustainability credentials.
